`Gyms often have certified trainers who can provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and the development of effective workout routines. Group fitness classes led by instructors offer structured workouts in a motivating group setting.
Minimal equipment is required. A yoga mat, resistance bands, or dumbbells are helpful, but I can also design effective bodyweight-only workouts.
Each 1-to-1 session lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level.
