With over 5 years of experience in fitness and personal training, I have helped countless individuals achieve their health and body goals through a balanced approach that combines strength training, functional workouts, and sustainable nutrition guidance.
Passionate about overall well-being, I believes fitness is not just about building muscle, it’s about building discipline, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle.

I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not be happy with yourself. Back in school, I was extremely skinny. Friends, classmates – everyone had a nickname for me. The constant body shaming hurt, and all I could think was: “How do I change this?”
I joined the gym, but like most beginners, I had no idea what I was doing. I managed to gain some weight, but along with it came unwanted fat. Still, I didn’t stop. Step by step, through mistakes, learning, and consistency, I started to see real changes. For the first time, people complimented me instead of teasing me. That feeling of transformation – not just physical but inside – changed my life forever.
Even when I tried other jobs, my heart was always in fitness. I realized this wasn’t just a hobby anymore – it had become my passion. So I decided to turn it into my profession. I earned my Diploma in Personal Training from K11 School of Fitness Sciences and worked in top gyms, helping people get stronger and healthier. My clients became like friends, and many are still connected with me today.
Now, I coach clients all over the world – from the USA and Canada to Dubai, London, Australia, and Germany. I understand the struggles of starting from zero, of being body shamed, of wanting to change but not knowing how. And that’s why I’m here – to make sure you don’t have to go through the same confusion I went through.
